Where can I update my personal information?

To update your personal information:

Web Browser:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select “Settings” on the left-hand menu.
3. Edit your personal profile.
   
   

Mobile App:

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the three bars in the top left corner.
3. Choose “Settings” and then tap “Personal Profile”.
4. Tap “Edit” next to the information you want to update.

Depending on your account type and the information you are changing, additional steps or documentation may be required:

• Name Changes: To ensure security and compliance, you’ll need to upload supporting documentation for us to assist.

• Checking Accounts: If you hold a checking account, you will be prompted to upload supporting documentation to verify and finalize any address updates.
