Can I withdraw cash at an nbkc bank location or contact nbkc for support?

nbkc bank can’t service Betterment Checking accounts directly. While they’re our partner bank, all account management—including withdrawals and support—must be handled through your Betterment account.

Here’s how to access your money:

• Withdraw Cash – Use any ATM that supports Visa transactions. We’ll reimburse ATM fees worldwide.
• Manage Your Account – Handle transactions, view balances, and update settings in the Betterment app or on our website.
