How do Betterment Premium customers cancel/reschedule their meeting with a financial advisor?

Betterment Premium customers are able to cancel/reschedule meetings with our team of financial advisors.

The easiest way to cancel/reschedule an already-scheduled meeting with a financial advisor is to click the “reschedule” button or the “cancel” button located in the confirmation email you received when you originally scheduled your meeting. The email should come from notifications@calendly.com, which can help you locate the email in your inbox.

We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of meetings be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a meeting. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
