Betterment Premium customers are able to schedule meetings with our team of financial advisors.
All meetings take place via Zoom. Video is optional during these meetings.
To schedule a meeting, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Betterment profile from a computer (meetings cannot be scheduled via the mobile app, unfortunately).
- In the top-left corner of your login screen, click the “Schedule a chat” button.
- Complete the flow.
Once you have successfully scheduled your meeting, you will receive a confirmation email with all your meeting details.
