Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. You acknowledge that you have received, carefully read, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

In connection with the investment advisory services that Betterment LLC (“Betterment”) provides to your employer-sponsored retirement plan (“Plan”), Betterment agrees to provide additional advisory services to you on the terms set forth herein. You are eligible to purchase packages of non-discretionary financial planning advice (“Advice Packages”) at a 25% discount from the list price of the Advice Package at the time of purchase, subject to a maximum discount value of less than $1,000 in any 12 month period. All available Advice Packages and prices are listed on the website at https://www.betterment.com/advice-packages/. This offer is only available to participants of eligible Plans on the Betterment for Business platform that purchase Advice Package(s) on or before December 31, 2023. This offer is non-transferable, can be revoked by Betterment at any time, and is available to U.S. residents only. 

You acknowledge that you are under no obligation to accept or follow any of the information provided or recommendations made during Advice Package sessions, and Betterment will not have any discretion over your assets or accounts with respect to the implementation of such recommendations. Betterment and your employer are making this offer available to you and all participants of your Plan, and this offer does not favor highly compensated individuals. Tax information provided by Betterment is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified tax advisor. You should consult with your tax advisor to discuss tax-related concerns. 

Betterment reserves the right to limit the discounts you are eligible to receive, and to refuse or recover a discount if Betterment determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any terms of the Betterment Participant Terms & Conditions and/or Betterment Account Agreements have been violated.
