Betterment will offer a discount of up to $1,000 to Premier customers. The term ""discount"" refers to the reduction in Betterment’s one-time implementation fee and/or Year 1 base fee offered to each Premier customer during the term of the agreement. This discount is applicable to any charges related to the one-time implementation fee, including any conversion fees, and/or the Year 1 base fee. Betterment retains the discretion to offer an increased discount based on the number of participants.
