Rob Montella
Vice President, Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Rob is a Vice President on the Business Practices team of Strategic Advisory Solutions. He helps deliver practice management tools and services designed to improve financial advisors’ business efficiency and productivity. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Rob spent 16 years with Ameriprise Financial, including as a managing partner with RiverSource University. In that role, Rob was instrumental in the development and implementation of a performance coaching and practice management consultancy to top financial advisors at over 20 firms. Rob’s work in the areas of emotional intelligence and behavioral finance has been featured in industry journals and in Educating People to be Emotionally Intelligent (Praeger, 2007). Rob earned a B.A. from Governors State University.

Chris Milliken
Vice President, Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Chris is the head of model portfolio strategy at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this capacity Chris sets the strategic direction of Goldman Sachs’ models business, working in partnership with the multi-asset solutions and distribution teams. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Chris was a director at BlackRock, leading the third-party model and institutional ETF strategist teams. Before that, Chris was a multi-asset portfolio manager at a national RIA. Chris is also a contributing author to five separate publications from Oxford University Press. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science from Marist College, is a CFA charterholder, and a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.

Matt Saffi
Advisor Sales Manager, Betterment for Advisors
Matt is an Advisor Sales Manager for Betterment for Advisors. He helps advisors scale and streamline their practices through technology to better serve their clients. Prior to this role, he spent his career working with financial advisors leading business development in the Northeast Region for firms such as Cohen & Steers and Prudential Financial. Matt received a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He holds his Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses and lives in New York City.
