The same innovations that made Betterment a household name also piqued the interest of wealth management firms, and in 2014, we launched Betterment for Advisors. Today, we partner with about 2,000 financial advisors from more than 600 wealth management firms.

General ManagerJon Mauney leads the Betterment for Advisors team. After joining Betterment in 2013, he spent several years building software and leading engineering teams. Now, Jon spends his time working with financial advisors to build products that make their businesses more streamlined and efficient.
Head of Strategy and OperationsAlex Choi heads up Strategy and Operations for Betterment for Advisors, where he focuses on the growth and operations of the business. Alex joined Betterment in 2017 after spending most of his career working with advisors at Morgan Stanley.
Head of Sales and Relationship ManagementThomas Moore has spent his career working with top wealth management firms across the country. He is passionate about helping financial advisors to find the best possible solutions for their clients and businesses.
Business Development ManagerRitu Malhotra works closely with advisors to help scale their business by leveraging Betterment’s technology. Prior to joining Betterment, she was a part of BlackRock’s US Wealth Advisory team and has experience working with advisors across wirehouses, RIAs and independents.
Business Development ManagerAlison Considine works with advisors to implement the Betterment for Advisors platform in their practices. She spent several years in wealth management prior to joining Betterment and is dedicated to helping advisors grow their businesses and provide a great client experience.
Relationship ManagerXander Bernhardt is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes and return on investment to our advisors. He is the key contact for new firms as they adopt the Betterment for Advisors solution, and assists advisors in delivering an excellent experience to their clients.
